Hotel Calabona offers a strategic location for bike lovers as it is located on one of the most attractive routes for cyclists, the panoramic road Alghero Bosa, that runs between the coast overlooking the turquoise sea and the hills covered with fragrant Mediterranean vegetation . There are also routes that enter inside the natural park area, breathtaking scenery are transformed every few kilometers, close to fabulous beaches, of Cannonau Vermentino vineyards, till reach old villages full of traditions, extraordinary archaeological sites really unique, such as nuraghi, domus de Janas and tombs of the giants.

Possible to find routes suitable for all fitness levels, using local guides prepared and very friendly, who will introduce you to a brand new Sardinia, whether you opt to stay and use Alghero as a starting point or instead to go cycling around the region . 

The climate is mild all year and offers pleasant temperatures and sunshine from March to November, with very low risk of rain.

Sardinia is an ideal country for your holiday sports and offers you the chance to live with a real life experience, in contact with genuine and warm people, enjoying delicious food, to the discovery the local excellence.

Besides, sports and not, all by bike to discover Alghero! At 100 meters from our hotel, begins the bike path of the town that pass along the coast till reach the junction of Bombarde beach. 

Directly at the hotel you can also rent bicycles for adults and children.

In hotel is available a bike storage, washing area for bicycles and a small area for the little maintenance.
