Where we are

The hotel looks out across the so-called ’Coral Riviera’ (’Riviera del Corallo’ in Italian) and affords a spectacular view over the Capo Caccia promontory.

Hotel Calabona is located in the Calabona district of southern Alghero, at the start of the panoramic road that leads to Bosa.

Alghero-Fertilia airport is located just 12 kilometres from the hotel, whereas the sea port at Porto Torres is just 30 kilometres awayOlbia, with its sea port and airport is around 130 kilometres away.

The characteristic historic center of Alghero is 1.5 km from us and can also be reached on foot, along a splendid seafront promenade or by taking advantage of the free shuttle available to you, from Monday to Saturday from 12.30 to 15.30 and from 18.30 to 11.30 pm.

Public connections near the structure, accompany guests both to the main beaches and to sites of tourist interest.

We organize transfer services to and from the airport or other destinations.

The city of Sassari, the provincial capital, is located around 35 kilometres away. Also within easy striking distance by car are the coastal towns of Bosa (around 45 kilometres away), Stintino (around 55 kilometres away), Asinara, the island that once played host to a maximum-security prison and is now a nature reserve, can be reached by taking the boat either from Stintino or from Porto Torres. Inland areas such as Villanova Monteleone (25 kilometres away) are always worth visiting, as are the other towns in the Logudoro Goceano area (Coros, Mejlogu and Goceano).

Accessibility Information

Together with our selected providers, we are committed to ensuring that our services are accessible to people with disabilities. We devote significant resources to ensure that our website and room booking pages are easier to use and more accessible for individuals with disabilities, based on the strong belief that everyone has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence.

Along with our partners, we continuously strive to improve the accessibility of our website and the pages for booking rooms and/or purchasing additional products and services related to the stay. We firmly believe it is our collective moral obligation to allow seamless, accessible, and unhindered use, even for those of us with disabilities.

In our ongoing efforts to improve and consistently address accessibility issues, we regularly scan all web pages using accessibility scanners provided by third-party commercial partners to identify and fix any potential accessibility barriers on our site. Despite our efforts to make all our web pages and content fully accessible, some content may not yet have been fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards. This may be due to not having yet found or implemented the most appropriate technological solution.
